If there is an error on Plaistow PowerSports part, Plaistow PowerSports will provide an exchange if available or a refund if proper item is not available. If you are the winning bidder on an item, it is yours. Plaistow PowerSports will not refund or exchange for another. Please make sure item is the right one for you prior to bidding. Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt of product.

We’re happy to combine shipping for you. Please email us for a shipping quote if purchasing more than one item BEFORE submitting payment. We cannot combine shipping on payments already received.
Most, but not all items will be shipped out within 48 hours after receiving your payment except Friday evenings, Saturday, Sunday and major national holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for delays. Plaistow PowerSports will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control.
Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via USPS or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address (no PO Boxes). Shipping is available to continental USA only.
Allow 3-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days. Backorder dates are estimated times of arrival for the product to be received at Plaistow PowerSports.
Plaistow PowerSports customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available.
Plaistow PowerSports ships within the 48 States ship by UPS only.
Plaistow PowerSports does not ship to Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico , FPO/APO or internationally to any foreign countries, no exceptions.
Free shipping is available on items that are both over $100.00 and where specified. Items not listed as free shipping as well as oversized and/or overweight items are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping limited to UPS Ground only.
Items judged by UPS standards as overweight or oversized will incur additional shipping cost.
Risk of loss is upon you once Plaistow PowerSports delivers the product to the carrier. UPS covers only up to $100.00 for lost or damaged shipments. Insurance is available upon request. Any loss or damage over $100.00 without the purchase of insurance will be the responsibility of the customer. The purchase of any additional insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a shipment that has been damaged or is missing parts that you ordered, please call Plaistow PowerSports at 603-612-1000, Ext. 127 and report the damaged or missing contents. Please do not ship the products to Plaistow PowerSports until instructed. It is very important to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in. UPS will not honor any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. All claims are paid to the shipper; Plaistow PowerSports will settle the claim with courier.
Wrong Item Received:
Plaistow PowerSports will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Plaistow PowerSports will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.
Customer understands that Plaistow PowerSports is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Plaistow PowerSports. All products are sold AS IS. In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Plaistow PowerSports.
Authorization must be obtained from Plaistow PowerSports for the return of goods. All requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. The returned package must be received within 7 business days after authorization of return.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. The Customer also assumes responsibility for insuring the returned item.
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories. All OEM parts must be returned in their original wrapper or box. The original OEM part number label must be affixed to the part. The packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items returned that do not include the original packaging and original part number label will not be accepted.

All pricing is subject to change. Plaistow PowerSports reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. Can I return product(s)?
Tires, tubes, helmets, special orders, electrical, “Sale” and “New Old Stock (NOS)” item transactions are final, no exceptions. Videos and DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging. Qualified refunds are by check, credit card or PayPal only. Refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days. Request for store credit, refunds or returns must be within 7 days from receipt. Return and cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
How do I request to return product(s)?
All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges older than 7 days after receipt require authorization from department management. Please call, 603-612-1000, Ext. 127 to request an approval.
Where do I return product(s)?
Customer is responsible for the shipping and reshipment charge/fee(s). Insure shipment for full value of purchase to avoid loss or damage caused by the carrier. Use original Plaistow PowerSports and manufacturing packaging. Be sure to securely tape and pack the return shipment. Plaistow PowerSports is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. When Will I Receive My Credit?
Credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account through PayPal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Plaistow PowerSports makes a mistake in the transaction.
